The build
A major UK grocer's experimentation team wrote sharp hypotheses, then queued for days while a developer hand-built each test variant: the slow, expensive step between a good idea and a live A/B test. We gave them a tool that reads the brief straight from the ticket, generates an on-brand storefront prototype for desktop and mobile, takes direction in plain English: “try the campaign's coral colourway, lead with the saving,” and exports clean, deploy-ready code for their testing platform, complete with the target selector. An internal product used daily by the team who ship the experiments.
The outcome
The idea and the deployable test became the same afternoon. A developer's week of build time turned into a designer typing a sentence. And the experiment stopped waiting on anyone.
